| Job Responsibilities : |
This position will be responsible for constructing and managing the company's external web sites (corporate and technical support). The person will be working closely with the marketing department to design, maintain, and document the layout, useability, and visual appearance of the company's web sites. Experience in graphic design and/or search engine optimization is a definite plus.
As an auxiliary responsibility, this position also requires stewardship of the company's internal servers and network, involving the site administration for all internal communications including intranet. |
| Job Requirements : |
1. You will be called upon to show technical competence and creativity in your work, and possess the following attributes:
2. BA/BS or technical degree in an IT-related field with at least 2 years of experience in designing and maintaining commercial web sites, especially in back-end programming and database management
3. Proficient in web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, ASP, and XML, and reasonably comfortable with PHP, JavaScript, and Flash
4. Strong competence in database creation and integration using mySQL
5. Experienced with mainstream graphics and web authoring design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Imageready, and Flash
6. Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
7. Familiar with search engine optimization factors for major search engines Google and Baidu
8. Good level of written and spoken English fluency (minimum CET-4)
9. Some exposure to any of the following: WAN/LAN support and troubleshooting, administering and supporting Linux servers, Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003, SMTP, POP3 and IMAP
